This release reinforces LaunchBay as having the best, most capable MCP Connector of any customer onboarding platform. Whether you're working in Claude, ChatGPT, or any other MCP-compatible client, you can now run more of your onboarding process from wherever you already work.

What's new via MCP Connector and LaunchAI

Start onboarding projects entirely through AI chat. Ask your connected AI assistant to find the right template, read it back to you, and spin up the new project. Add clients or teammates on the spot, whether you're starting fresh or updating a project already in motion.

Create or update project notes. Turn any project's activity into a clean, shareable record. Pull in decisions the Decisions AI agent logged during meetings, flag frustration the Client Sentiment AI agent caught earlier, or reference customer chats as notes for smoother handoffs and better team alignment.

Manage project and task tags. Add or remove tags across any project or group of projects, right from chat, to keep things sorted or trigger the automations you've already set up.

Build intake forms with AI. The AI Form Builder that used to live only on the Forms page is now available through LaunchAI or your connected AI assistant. Generate a new client intake form and attach it to a task without leaving your conversation.

Other MCP Connector updates this week: performance enhancements for faster responses, assignee names shown by default in every task listing, and the ability to archive tasks directly from chat.

Beyond MCP: what else shipped

File uploads in task comments. Team members and clients can now upload files as part of task comments.

Mobile improvements. A better experience accessing LaunchBay on the go, across devices.
