What is LaunchBay?

LaunchBay is the customer onboarding and implementation platform for the post-sales teams responsible for getting customers live.

Our three co-founders know the onboarding problem firsthand. In our prior businesses, getting a customer live meant cobbling together spreadsheets, email, and Google Drive, then chasing everyone to find out where things stood. No tool was built for the job, so we built one.

What is LaunchBay's purpose?

LaunchBay exists because getting a customer live is too important to run out of spreadsheets, email threads, and a project tool built for internal work, not customer work. Every day an onboarding drags is revenue sitting still and a customer wondering if they made the right call.

Our purpose is to give the team that owns onboarding one place to run it, see it, and keep it moving, from Closed/Won to live.
