Why We Built It

We've had a referral program for a while now. But for most of that time, it wasn't exactly easy to find, sign up for, or use on an ongoing basis. We'd regularly hear from customers asking how to refer someone, and the honest answer was: it took more digging than it should have.

That's changed. We've built the referral program directly into LaunchBay, so you can sign up in a single click, grab your unique referral link, and start sharing it. Referral links automatically track and attribute anyone who uses your link in FirstPromoter, the tool we use to track referrals and manage payouts.

How It Works

Click the green Earn $200 Per Referral button in the left sidebar of your LaunchBay account and then the button labeled "Get my referral link." The page will refresh and show your unique link along with a temporary password for your FirstPromoter dashboard, which is where you'll track referral activity and manage payouts.

From there, share your link with anyone you think would get value from LaunchBay. When they sign up for a paid account, the referral gets tracked automatically. If you ever lose or forget your temporary FirstPromoter password, you can request a reset at launchbay.firstpromoter.com.

A few things worth knowing:

• No cap on referrals. Refer as many people as you want.
• Your referral gets a discount too. Anyone who signs up through your link gets 20% off their first year.
• Payouts happen via PayPal, 60 days after the customer you referred signs up, as long as they're still an active paying subscriber at that point. Add your PayPal details in your FirstPromoter account settings to get set up.
• Track everything in your FirstPromoter dashboard at launchbay.firstpromoter.com.
