Client Accountability watches for overdue tasks, stalled prerequisites, and missing approvals, then drafts a nudge you send in one click. Decisions documents approvals and sign-offs across tasks, comments, and meeting transcripts. More agents, including Scope Creep and Data Validation, are rolling out.
Does LaunchAI message my customers on its own?
No. Agents flag issues and draft responses, but nothing is sent to a customer without your explicit approval. You review the drafted nudge, customize it if you want, and click send when you're ready. AI does the legwork. You keep the judgment and the customer relationship.
How does the MCP Connector work with Claude and ChatGPT?
The MCP Connector links your LaunchBay account to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. Is my data used to train AI models?
